General Information
Water World 's last day of operation for the 2003 season is Monday, September 1. Thank you for helping us celebrate 25 years of fun!
General Admission Prices: Adult: $26.95
2003 Season Child: (ages 4-12) $22.95
Tot: (age 3 and under) Free
Senior Citizen: (age 60 and over) Free
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express at our ticket windows, concession stands, and gift shop. Personal checks are not accepted.
Free Parking: Over 2,400 free parking spaces
Lighthouse Gift and Apparel: We carry a wide selection of leisure summer wear and accessories, sundries and gift items.
Locker Rental: To safeguard your belongings, coin operated and all day lockers are conveniently located throughout the park.
Splash Cash: No one likes soggy money. Splash Cash, available in $5 and $10 denominations, is worn as a water proof wristband and is accepted throughout the park.
Concessions: Delicious pizza, mouth-watering grilled chicken or beef brisket sandwiches, ice cream, Mexican food, hamburgers and hot dogs, funnel cakes, specialty burgers, and a variety of soft drinks at surprisingly affordable prices are available everyday at Water World.
Inner Tube Rental: The majority of attractions at Water World require an inner tube to ride. We provide tubes for you on rides that require them. If you would like to avoid waiting in tube pick-up lines or would like a tube for the wave pools, you may rent one from us. (Personal flotation devices are not allowed on the attractions)
Locker Rooms: Men's and women's locker rooms complete with restrooms and shower facilities.
Restrooms: Restrooms are provided in convenient locations throughout the park.
Covered Pavilions: It's always easy to find a shady resting place under Water World's plentiful shelters. Also, many areas of the park have umbrella tables for your use.
Accessibility: Water World features a number of attractions and facilities that are accessible to the disabled.
Pre-purchased tickets: Tickets may be pre-purchased at a discount from area retailers. Call 303-427-SURF for further information.
Rain Checks: Our rain check policy allows in-park guests to come back free when Water World is closed for more than a total of 60 minutes during the day due to inclement weather. (See ticket back for details)
Safety Restrictions: Glass containers, alcoholic beverages, barbeque grills, and personal flotation devices are not allowed at Water World. Safety straps are required on all eyewear to ride attractions. Some attractions have height requirements. Any behavior or personal appearance that is deemed inappropriate by management may result in ejection from the park.
Life Jackets: We provide U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets for free, in exchange for a credit card deposit or a driver's license and $10 deposit. You may bring in your own lifejacket, only if it is Coast Guard approved.
Limited Attractions: During the early and late part of our season, there are days that we are open with limited attractions and services, due to many of our staff attending school. Usually, we will open at least 85% of the park's attractions on those days. Regular admission prices will be in effect. Please click on our schedule button for exact operating days.
