Safety Restrictions: Personal flotation devices, including children's water wings, are not allowed in any of the attractions. Picnic lunches may be brought in, but alcoholic beverages, beverage containers that are not factory sealed, and glass containers of any kind are not allowed inside the park. Barbeque grills are not allowed. Personal tents or umbrellas are not allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are a guide dog used by a visually disabled guest.
Life Jackets: We provide U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets for free, in exchange for a credit card deposit or a driver's license and $10 deposit. You may bring in your own lifejacket, only if it is Coast Guard approved.
Rain Checks: Our rain check policy allows in-park guests to come back free when Water World is closed for more than a total of 60 minutes during the day due to inclement weather. (See ticket back for details)
Inner Tube Rentals: Rented inner tubes are for the individual who has a valid wristband only. Sharing of rental tubes is not allowed. Individuals who are caught with a rented inner tube without a valid wristband are subject to ejection from the park.
Height Requirements: Some of our attractions have height requirements for the safety of the guest. Please check signage at each attraction, or check out each attraction on our web site for the height requirement for that attraction.
Lost Children: Water World is a big place, so it is important that parents designate a meeting place for family members. If a child is lost, stop by Guest Services at the front entrance or contact any uniformed staff member in the park.
First Aid: First aid stations are located in each major section of the park. Please consult any park staff member or our park map for first aid locations.
Smoking Restrictions: Smoking is permitted in designated concrete areas only. Local ordinance prohibits possession or use of tobacco products by anyone under the age of 18.
Swim Diapers: Swim diapers are required for toddlers who are diaper dependent . Swim diapers are available for purchase at our Gift Shop for $.50.
Tents/Umbrellas: For the safety of our guests, personal umbrellas, tents or shade structures are not permitted inside the park. For your convenience, shelters and shady areas are located throughout the park. We also offer private rental cabanas.
