Park Guidelines
Safety Restrictions
Personal flotation devices, including children's water wings, are not allowed in any of the attractions. Picnic lunches may be brought in, but alcoholic beverages, beverage containers that are not factory sealed, and glass containers of any kind are not allowed inside the park. Barbeque grills are not allowed. Personal tents or umbrellas are not allowed. Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals assisting the disabled.
Life Vests
Puddle Jumper life vests are available for use within the park at most Tube Exchange locations at no charge. Adult and larger sized life vests are available at any Guest Service location by presenting a photo ID. You may bring in your own lifejacket, only if it is U.S. Coast Guard approved.
Rain Checks
KEEP YOUR TICKET STUBS! We will close our attractions when unsafe conditions are present (as determined by Management in conjunction with our weather service). We will re-open when weather conditions in our immediate area are safe to do so (we cannot guarantee ideal weather conditions). In the event we cannot re-open our attractions within 60 minutes, you'll receive a full or half-day ticket for a return visit (you must exchange today' ticket stub). No refunds are issued regardless of time spend in the park. While we cannot issue raincheck tickets before 60 minutes of attraction closure, we do offer a raincheck wait list at Guest Services.
Personal Tube Rentals
Personal Tube Rentals are for the individual who has a valid wristband only. Sharing of rental tubes is not allowed. Guests using a personal tube rental without a valid wristband are subject to ejection from the park. House tubes are provided on all attractions which require them.
Height Requirements
Some of our attractions have height requirements for the safety of the guest. Please check signage at each attraction, or check out each attraction on our web site for the height requirement for that attraction. Approximately 70% of our attractions may be enjoyed by guests of any height (based comfort level)!
Lost Children
Water World is a big place, so it is important that parents designate a meeting place for family members. If a child is lost, stop by any Guest Service location or contact any uniformed staff member in the park.
First Aid
First aid stations are located in each major section of the park. Please consult any park staff member or our park map for first aid locations.
Smoking
Water World is a smoke free environment. For our guests who smoke, a smoking area is located outside our entry plaza. Be sure to bring your ticket stub for park re-entry privileges.
Swim Diapers
Swim diapers are required for toddlers who are diaper dependent . Swim diapers are available for purchase at our Gift Shop for a minimal fee.
Personal Shade Structures
For the safety of our guests, personal umbrellas, tents or shade structures are not permitted inside the park. For your convenience, shelters and shady areas are located throughout the park. We also offer private rental cabanas.
