Join Us for Bow Wow Beach Doggie Day!

Powered by Mountain States Toyota, Water World is going to the dogs in support of Riverdale Animal Shelter! In this post-season event, dogs of all sizes can come splash, swim, and play in Water World’s pools.

Tickets will go on sale at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 16.

Tickets are $12.99 per dog, per session,  plus taxes and fees – humans get in free!

A portion of each ticket directly benefits Riverdale Animal Shelter, supporting their services for people and pets in Adams County! Your purchase helps find homes for over 7,600 animals each year as well as provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics.

Thunder Bay, Cowabunga Beach, and Turtle Bay will be open to play. Please note humans are not permitted in the water at any time.

What else is happening at this event?

  • Stop by booths from Riverdale Animal Shelter, the City of Federal Heights, and Oat Paws Ice Cream for dogs! $1 from every Oat Paws purchase will be donated to Riverdale Animal Shelter.
  • Human snacks and beverages (including adult beverages) will be available for purchase.
  • Thanks to Mountain States Toyota, plenty of pet-friendly tennis balls are available throughout the park and each dog will receive a free collapsible travel bowl!
  • Water dishes for the pups are located near all attractions and arrival areas.

READ BEFORE PURCHASING:

  • Only dogs are permitted in the water, humans are not permitted in the water at any time. We maintain minimal chlorination in the attractions for this event.
  • Dogs must be at least 1+ years of age upon entry and must have a valid signed vaccination wavier prior to entry (waiver is included with ticket delivery). Do not visit if your pup has been sick in the last 7 days.
  • Dogs must be leashed upon arrival and exit, and owners must keep a leash available during their visit.
  • Dogs must be accompanied by a responsible owner aged 18 or older.
  • Waivers must be signed by every human entering the event.  Waivers are included with ticket purchase and we recommend printing and signing prior to arrival (otherwise you will need complete before entry on day of event).
  • Pick up after your pet. Bags will be available in the park from event volunteers.
  • Coolers are not permitted at this event.
  • Due to construction, there will be modified parking access.  Guests should enter at 88th and Pecos street for parking access.  Disabled guests, with a valid disabled placard or license plate, enter the parking lot at the 90th Avenue and Tejon Street entry to the parking lot.
