Guests, over age 10 may be required to wear a mask anytime they are not actively participating on an attraction or in the water.
Guests will be encouraged to practice social distancing from those not in their family in all aspects of their visit with us. Social distancing markings will aid in guidance of proper distances throughout all guest experiences.
To assist with enhanced distancing, some picnic tables and lounge seating may be reduced or available in alternative locations.
Overall park attendance will be reduced and managed through pre-visit ticketing and potentially the need for reservations for non-dated tickets (examples could include complimentary tickets, rainchecks, Splash Passes, Bring-a-Friend tickets, etc).
Comprehensive daily health screenings of our team members upon arrival to work. Team members will receive ongoing education for providing safe guest service and will be provided personal protective equipment.
Guests will be asked not to visit if displaying any potential symptoms of COVID-19 or having been exposed to someone who has in the previous 14 days.
Enhanced health and safety protocols will be present throughout all our team operations and guest-facing services.
Encouragement of healthy habits for all guests and team members including frequent hand washing.
For everyone’s safety, guests are responsible for observing posted guidelines and state & local requirements at all times during their visit.
Touch less payment options have and will continue to be available throughout the park.
Park Arrival & Visit Upgrades
Guests may be required to have a temperature screening prior to bag check and will not be admitted into the park with of a temperature of 100.4 or greater.
While we continue to welcome guest provided food and beverage, cooler sizes will be limited to a maximum of 30 Quarts in size, one (1) per guest, to help provide expedited, distanced and guest assisted screening. Guests with coolers larger than this size or excessive numbers of coolers will be asked to return them to their vehicles. Guests may bring in pre-filled water bottles which contain water.

Splash Pass turnstile biometric confirmation may be temporarily disabled. Guests, over the age of 16, may be required to provide a picture ID upon pass band scanning reflecting the name associated with the Splash Pass and photo matching the likeness of the guest.
Splash Passes may not be available for purchase or pick up at the park. All guests will be encouraged to purchase online. Water World will provide free Express Mail Delivery this season to Preferred and Elite Splash Pass Guests and reduced cost for Value Pass guests.
New online purchase options for lockers, Tube Valet, Personal Tube rental and other visit upgrades will be available. Activation of these items will be changed to offer a variety of quick service options.
Our All-Day Locker system will now automatically assist in distancing guests during locker check-in and assist the Clean Team with enhanced cleaning & tracking.
Rental Cabana guidelines may be updated, including reduced capacity. This could also affect Bungalow Rentals and Birthday Shaka Shacks. Watch for updates soon.
Providing Good Clean Fun!
Enhanced cleaning protocols will be in place throughout the park and in all aspects of our operations including all guest areas & services, restrooms, attractions, arrivals, team member locations and more. Our new “Clean Team” will assure that we are not missing a beat with our cleaning efforts.
Hand Sanitizer will be available throughout the park, including at all attractions, food stands, first aids, visit upgrade locations and more. Guest use will be strongly encouraged.
We will continue to maintain our commitment and focus on providing outstanding attraction water standards and practices, including the added benefit of secondary disinfection systems in many of our attractions.
Single rider lines or introduction of single riders into an attraction tube may not be available.
Some attractions may have reduced capacity or altered operations.
Some attractions may temporarily be delayed for enhanced cleaning activities.
Our lifeguard team will be trained with the most up to date standards for enhanced safety during water assistance or first aid interactions. This will be part of annual lifeguard certification with Ellis and Associates.
Pharaoh’s Feast All-Day Dining will not be available this season. Please watch for exciting new all-day dining options.
Mobile Ordering options will be available at many food service locations. From your phone, order your food in advance and pick-up at an express location.
Some food and beverage items may be temporarily unavailable.
Enhanced and frequent cleaning of kitchen and food service locations.
Refillable soda products may be refilled via a new paper cup on each refill, which can then be poured by the guest into their souvenir bottle.
Wrapped silverware and utensils will be made available.
