Without your help, even properly treated pool water can spread germs.  1) Stay out of the water if you have diarrhea.  2) Shower before you get in the water.  3) Don't pee or poop in the water.  4) Don't swallow the pool water.  5) Parents-take take kids on bathroom breaks frequently!  6) Check diapers and change them in a bathroom or diaper-changing area!

If you have diarrhea on the day of your vist, please stop by Guest Services before entering the park.  We'll be happy to help you plan a visit for another day!

Rain Checks

KEEP YOUR TICKET STUBS! We will close our attractions when unsafe conditions are present (as determined by Management in conjunction with our weather service). We will re-open when weather conditions in our immediate area are safe to do so (we cannot guarantee ideal weather conditions). In the event we cannot re-open our attractions within 60 minutes, you'll receive a full or half-day ticket for a return visit (you must exchange today' ticket stub). No refunds are issued regardless of time spend in the park. While we cannot issue raincheck tickets before 60 minutes of attraction closure, we do offer a raincheck wait list at Guest Services.
