General Information:

  • Water World is a participatory water park with physically demanding activities where you control your own ride experience. Guests should assess their physical capabilities and swimming skills prior to participating. Always observe the attraction and read all signage before deciding to ride.
  • Guests should always observe the attraction before choosing to ride.  Guest who are pregnant or have physical ailments should consult their medical provider before riding.  Guests over 250 lbs. may experience abnormal exposure to discomfort or injury. Guests must be able to be safely seated in the attraction tube/vehicle.
  • A limited number of park-friendly wheelchair rentals are available for $15 each. Please contact Guest Services for rental or if you would like to make an advance reservation.
  • Due to our staff returning to school and closure of our Tube Valet Service, our Attraction Access Pass is not available Thursday, August 15 or Friday, August 16.  Please stop by Guest Services if visiting on this day for additional information.


Food Allergies


  • Water World makes reasonable efforts to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies.  Managers of each location have gluten friendly options that are made with no gluten-containing ingredients. However, these are not gluten free kitchens. We will make our best efforts to accommodate all guests, but cannot guarantee 100% allergen free food. We instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies, but because of the number of meals served and the number of items used each day, along with food product changes from our food suppliers, we cannot guarantee that every allergen in the food served will be identified and labeled.  Manufacturers of the commercial foods we use may change the formulation at any time, without notice. Guests concerned with food allergies must be aware of this risk. Water World is not responsible for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at any Water World facility or catered event. Guests with life threatening food allergies should consider packing their own lunch and should carry their own epi-pen. Again, we cannot insure items to be 100% allergen free.

  • If you have questions while visiting here at the park, please feel free to ask for the Food Location Manager at any of our Food Service Locations. These managers can provide you an ingredient list for item served at that location.

Generic Allergen Information:

  • Peanut:
    • We use soybean frying oil in all our locations.
    • We use and stock peanuts in all of our ice cream locations, including Aokees and Lighthouse Desserts. Other locations may stock products which contain peanuts.  Please ask the Food Location Manager to see an ingredient list.
  • Tree nuts
    • Please ask the manager to see an ingredient list.
  • Milk/Dairy
    • Many of our products contain dairy.  Please ask the Food Location Manager to see an ingredient list.  Dippin Dot flavors “rainbow ice” and “Water World Ice” are dairy free.
  • Egg
    • Many of our products contain egg items please ask the manager to see and ingredient list.
  • Wheat/Gluten
    • We make efforts to have a number of gluten free food offerings at Water World. Unfortunately, it has been our experience that our suppliers may substitute these products with others containing gluten without notice. All items are prepared, stocked and sold in a kitchen that prepares gluten products.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any food item will be gluten free on any particular day.  Products containing gluten are sold in most of our food service locations.  Please ask the Food Location Manager to see an ingredient list and for more information.
    • Employees will change their gloves before preparing your order (upon request). For severe allergies we recommend bringing your own food to the park.
    • Keep in mind that most specialty items are made to order and may take extra time.  Some offerings include:
      • Gluten Free Hamburger Buns- Offered at Canning Company, The Grill, Thunder Bay, and Three Ring Food and Drink.  Extra charge applies for Gluten Free Bun.
      • Gluten Free Salad (no croutons) - Offered at Canning Company, Thunder Bay, Key Largo Café and Three Ring Food and Drink.
      • Gluten Free chicken sandwich- Offered at The Grill
      • Gluten Free Soft Serve Ice Cream (no cone), Icee, most smoothies
      • Burrito Bowl at Boardwalk Burrito (no rice or potatoes).
  • Soy
    • All of our fried items are cooked in soybean oil. Please ask for an ingredient list for other items.
  • Fish
    • We typically prepare fish bites (white fish) at Pharaoh’s Feast All-Day Dining.  There is no other fish products prepared in the park.
  • Shellfish
    • There is no shellfish served within the park.
