Water World is owned and operated by the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District.

Residents of the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, or of the City of Westminster, can qualify for discounted day tickets, Resident Splash Passes, and exclusive events.

Residents must have a Hyland Hills Discount Card to qualify. Discount Cards are NOT available at Water World. To purchase a Discount Card, you may apply with proof of residency at the following locations:

  • Hyland Hills Sports Center – 4201 W. 94th Avenue, Westminster
  • Hyland Hills Fitness Center – 2861 W. 120th Avenue, Westminster
