For date specific tickets: If you cannot visit on the date of visit (as listed on ticket front) then your unused ticket may be exchanged for another day in the current season (by visiting ticket services and paying the difference, if any). Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale of this ticket will result in seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Each ticket has a unique barcode & can only be scanned once unless otherwise noted on ticket front. In the event of a dispute, Water World’s electronic records will prevail. Limited Park re-entry available (ticket/handstamp required). Hours, dates, times, prices and attraction subject to change without notice.

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 anytime you are in a public place where people are present. By visiting with us, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Ride at your own risk. Guests should always observe the attraction before deciding to ride. Always read and be sure you understand all attraction safety signage before riding. Guests who are pregnant or have physical ailments should consult their medical provider before riding. Guests over 250lbs may experience abnormal exposure to discomfort or injury.

Refund Guidelines:

  • Online Day Tickets, Personal Tube Rental and Tube Valet which are not used or redeemed are refundable within the guidelines noted below (unless otherwise stated), less online processing and delivery fees (if applicable). Water World’s electronic records will prevail.
  • Refund request must be within 10 days of purchase and will be returned to the payment type used for purchase and must be before the scheduled visit date (pick a date tickets).
  • Refunds may be less mail delivery or internet processing fees (as established by Water World).
  • Splash Passes, including those on FlexPay contracts are non-refundable. Splash Passes (which are unused), may be eligible for transfer to the next season.
  • Cabanas are refundable only if the park does not open for the day due to inclement weather (see cabana section below for additional information).
  • Birthday events are refundable only if the park does not open for the day due to inclement weather (see birthday section below for additional information).
  • Group Events-please see your group agreement or reservation confirmation for complete details.

Splash Pass Terms of Use:

By using your Splash Pass, you agree to the following terms of use:

  • Present your Splash Pass Wristband and matching biometric confirmation at the entry turnstiles for park admission. We’ll register your pass biometrics at the entry turnstile on your first park visit. One admission per day for the 2023 season (for registered pass holder only) and limited park re-entries per day.
  • Passes may not be transferred & guest heights will be checked at the entry turnstiles. In the event biometric confirmation does not match, a photo ID matching the pass holder and name/likeness on ID may be required for park entry (ages 16+). See our “Know Before You Go” page for updated park information.
  • Splash Passes are non-refundable. Any abuse of pass or park guidelines, endangering the safety of self or others, harassment, fraudulent Splash Pass usage (including 20-Meal Deal, Splash Pass Band, Souvenir Bottle and other perks), failure to adhere to staff instructions or any behavior deemed inappropriate by management may result in immediate revocation (for current and/or future seasons) without refund.
  • Lost or Forgotten Splash Pass Wristbands may be replaced at Guest Services for $5 (for the first replacement) and $15 for each additional replacement transaction. A photo ID may be required.
  • Elite Pass Holders receive one Souvenir Bottle per season, while supplies last. Lost or stolen bottles may be replaced for a fee, based on availability. Free soda fills require your Souvenir Bottle to present and scanned, with a minimum of 30-minutes between each fill.
  • FlexPay contracts are non-refundable. Reoccurring payments will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-In Park”. If you purchased your online, your down payment will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-Online.”
  • We may elect to post charges to your credit/debit card on dates which are later than specified.
  • You may pay off your amount due in its entirety at any time without penalty at the Main Entry Guest Services (during park operating season) or by calling Guest Services at 303-427-7873 or 303-428-7488 prior to May 15th.
  • In the event your payment fails on your scheduled payment date, we will try additional times. If payment is still unsuccessful all passes, tickets and items associated with the order will be blocked (and no park entry will be permitted) until you arrange for successful payment (please call or stop by Guest Services for assistance). We will generate an e-mail to you with failed payment and blocked pass updates. In the event your order is blocked due to unsuccessful payments, please communicate blocked pass/ticket status to all associated pass holders.

Cabana/Bungalow Rentals:

  • Cabana/Bungalow rentals do not include park admission.
  • North Shore and Basecamp Cabanas accommodate a maximum of 8 same-guests. Thunder Bay, Bayview and Sunset Beach Cabanas accommodate a maximum of 12 same-guests. For the comfort of all cabana guests, capacities are strictly enforced. If you have more guests than the maximum, please purchase additional Cabanas/Bungalows. Adjoining Cabanas/Bungalows may be available.
  • Cabanas/Bungalows are not refundable unless the park does not open for the day due to inclement weather. Your cabana reservation may be changed via the cabana change form to another day or location at no charge based on availability (with at least 24 hours notice before your reservation date). Change requests are accepted here. Changes without 24 hours notice cannot be accommodated unless the park is closed for the day due to inclement weather. In the event the park closes for the day before 1:45pm due to weather on the day of your visit, you will receive a free standard Cabana/Bungalow rental for another day this season (same location), based on availability.
  • In the event a Cabana/Bungalow is damaged, vandalized or excessively dirty, the renter authorizes Water World to charge the credit card on file (for the cabana reservation) a minimum cleaning/damage fee of $200.
  • Due to factors beyond Water World’s control and in very rare cases, preassigned cabana numbers may change from those assigned during the reservation process.
  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all Cabana/Bungalow locations. Please see park map or Cabana Host for directions to the closest designated smoking location. Please note that canned party string, concrete marking pens/chalk, duct tape (or similar) are prohibited.

Terms and Conditions for Birthday Parties:

  • Advanced reservations and payment in full is required at time of booking. A limited number of Birthday Parties are available per day. Birthday’s require prepayment and may be booked at your convenience at waterworldcolorado.com. A $7 online processing fee is added.
  • Birthday Parties require a minimum of 8 purchased birthday tickets.
  • Water World may close early due to inclement weather. Water World does not have facilities or staff to supervise or provide shelter after the park is closed.
  • Birthday Parties are not refundable unless the park does not open for the day due to inclement weather. Your Birthday reservation may be changed at no charge based on availability (with at least 24 hours notice before your reservation date). Changes without 24 hours notice cannot be accommodated unless the park is closed for the day due to inclement weather.

Water World Release of Liability:

  • By purchasing tickets for Water World, You, and any minors under your care and supervision are agreeing to Water World’s full waiver and release outlined below.
    • You, and any minors under your care and supervision for whom you have purchased tickets or passes (“Minor Guests”), hereby acknowledge and understand that your use of Water World’s facilities, water slides, rides, and attractions (collectively, “Attractions”), is inherently risky. YOUR PURCHASE OF WATER WORLD TICKETS AND/OR SPLASH PASSES AND YOUR ENTRY INTO THE PREMISES OF WATER WORLD OR ITS AFFILIATES (“WATER WORLD”) DEMONSTRATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
    • You, for yourself and for any Minor Guests, hereby acknowledge, understand, and affirm that you VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATING TO USE OF THE ATTRACTIONS, WHETHER OR NOT DESCRIBED HEREIN, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, INHERENT OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY OR ILLNESS, including exposure to COVID-19, PARTIAL OR TOTAL DISABILITY, PARALYSIS AND DEATH, and damages which may arise therefrom. You hereby acknowledge that you, for yourself and for any Minor Guests, have full knowledge of said risks. These risks and dangers may be caused by your negligence or the negligence of others, including Water World Team Members, affiliates, or agents. You acknowledge and understand that many Water World activities are self-directed and that property damage, personal injury, bodily injury, or death to you, any Minor Guests, or others may occur as a result of your own decisions and actions in these activities.
    • You, for yourself and for any Minor Guests, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE WATER WORLD and its affiliates, including its directors, employees, volunteers, agents and independent contractors retained to provide activity services, and including Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District and its affiliates, (collectively, “Water World”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DEMANDS, AND LIABILITIES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF WATER WORLD FACILITIES, RIDES, OR ATTRACTIONS.
    • Such loss and injury may include personal injury, bodily injury, slipping and falling, cardiovascular stress, drowning, permanent disability or death, damage to personal property (including vehicles), exposure to communicable diseases, inclement weather, insect or animal bites, and severe social and economic losses, which might result from your action, inaction, the negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of Water World or any equipment used thereon.
    • You, for yourself and for any Minor Guests, hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE WATER WORLD and its affiliates, including its directors, employees, volunteers, agents and independent contractors retained to provide activity services, and including Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, its officers, employees, agents, representatives and its affiliates, (collectively, “Water World”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DEMANDS, AND LIABILITIES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH, THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF WATER WORLD FACILITIES, RIDES, OR ATTRACTIONS.
    • GUESTS WHO ARE PREGNANT OR HAVE PHYSICAL AILMENTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR MEDICAL PROVIDER BEFORE RIDING.  GUESTS OVER 250LBS MAY EXPERIENCE ABNORMAL EXPOSURE TO DISCOMFORT, BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
    • Water World and its affiliates affirmatively deny any and all liability for any property damage, bodily injury, or death occurring as a result of or related to your visit to Water World, and you, for yourself and on behalf of any Minor Guests, acknowledge and understand this denial of liability and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Water World and its affiliates or any claim or lawsuit that may arise as a result of or related to your visit.
    • You acknowledge that nothing herein is intended to or shall constitute any waiver of the monetary limitations or other rights, immunities or protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S) § 24-10-101 et seq., or otherwise available to Water World, its/their respective officers or its employees.
    • You acknowledge that you are legally responsible for your actions, your child’s/ward’s actions (if applicable), and your guests’ actions (if applicable), including, but not limited to, any damage to private or public property and/or personal injury or bodily injury.
    • You certify your understanding that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado and that the balance of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect if any portion of this agreement is held invalid.
    • You certify that you have carefully read and fully understand the effect of relinquishing the rights that you hereby waive, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability
  • THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY WISH TO CONSULT AN ATTORNEY CONCERNING THIS AGREEMENT. This is a release of liability. Do not agree or consent if you do not understand or do not agree with its terms. Anyone entering Water World must agree to this waiver.
  • I confirm that I have read and agree to the foregoing and voluntarily assume all risks of such damages occurring in connection with my access to the Water World.  I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT AND THAT BY AGREEING TO IT I AM GIVING UP MY RIGHT TO SUE OR OTHERWISE MAKE ANY CLAIM AGAINST WATER WORLD OR ITS AFFILIATES.
  • IF UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PARENT MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:. If you are signing for a child or ward, you acknowledge that you are the parent of the below-named participant, as the term “parent” is defined in C.R.S. § 13-22-107(2)(b), and, in addition to execution of the foregoing on behalf of the participant, you hereby waive and release any prospective claim of the participant against Water World for negligence, to the extent provided by C.R.S. § 13-22-107(3), in connection with the above-described activities.
    • By purchasing this ticket and agreeing to this Release of Liability, you certify that, in advance of participation in the activities identified herein, you have received any and all information that you deem necessary or important in making an informed choice regarding your own or your child/ward’s participation in such Recreational Activity.
    • I hereby consent to the terms of the WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY on behalf of the named minor, and give my consent to the participation of the above named minor.
